Product Features

1.The discharge flange can be positioned at 8 directions with 45° spacing. Impeller options include different blade quantities: A (5 blades), B (4 blades), C (3 blades), D (2 blades), E (1 blade), F (6 blades), G (7 blades), etc.

2.Support structure: center-supported for horizontal model.

3.Optimized hydraulic design ensures high efficiency and minimal component wear.

4.Two shaft seal selections: packing seal and mechanical seal for reliable leak-free performance.

5.Wetted parts are manufactured from premium wear and corrosion resistant materials.

6.Suitable for seawater ash disposal, with outstanding resistance against corrosion from seawater, brine and salt fog.

Main Application

The ZJ type centrifugal slurry pump supports series and parallel connection, extensively serving power, metallurgy, coal washing, construction, chemical and filter press feeding systems.

It conveys abrasive slurries including mineral concentrate/tailings, power plant slag, coal slurry, dense-medium coal separation and shore sand.

Structural Features
1.Bearing Assembly
Large-diameter short-overhang shaft reduces deflection to prolong bearing service life; the cartridge bearing housing is fixed with only four through bolts.
2.Volute Liners
Replaceable metal/rubber liners are bolt-mounted (non-adhesive) for convenient maintenance; metallic and molded rubber liners are fully interchangeable, with elastic sealing rings sealed at all liner joints.
3.Pump Casing
Split cast/ductile iron casing with outer stiffening ribs bears high working pressure and improves operational safety.
4.Impeller
Front & rear shroud pump-out vanes cut backflow and seal fouling; metal and rubber impellers are interchangeable. Integral cast impeller threads eliminate additional inserts or lock nuts; high-efficiency and high-head impeller options are available.
5.Throatbush
Tapered matching surfaces ensure precise assembly positioning, lowering abrasion and simplifying disassembly.
6.Frame & Clearance Adjustment
Integrated heavy-duty frame supports cartridge bearing units; external adjusting device under bearing housing enables quick impeller clearance regulation.
7.Shaft Seal Options
Three optional shaft seals: packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
