ZW Self-Priming Sewage Pump
ZW series self-priming sewage pump is newly developed after research on domestic and foreign similar pump technologies. It integrates self-priming and non-clog sewage drainage in one unit, requiring no foot valve or pre-filling water like conventional clean-water self-priming pumps. Sizes above DN50 can pump liquids with solid particles ≤30 mm and fibers up to 1.5 times the impeller diameter. It is the ideal impurity pump for media containing solid particles, fibers, slurry and mixed suspended solids.

1.External recirculation mixed-flow self-priming structure with built-in liquid storage chamber, no foot valve or vacuum pump required; DN65 and larger sizes adopt open impeller for smooth flow and excellent anti-clog performance against fine impurities.
2.Simple structure, excellent self-priming performance, powerful solids passing capacity, high efficiency & energy saving and convenient maintenance.
3.Optional driving mode: electric motor or diesel engine (≥5 HP or ≥15 HP available); adjustable rotating speed 1500~2900 r/min with corresponding performance changes.
Main Application
Underground mine drainage, municipal sewage disposal, pond aquaculture, as well as wastewater conveyance for papermaking, textile, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and metallurgical industries.
