DT series desulfurization pumps are specially engineered for FGD flue gas desulfurization projects, offered in two configurations: horizontal DT and vertical TL. Designed as axial-suction, single-suction cantilever centrifugal construction, the pumps feature high efficiency & energy conservation, excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life and easy maintenance. They handle slurries with chloride content up to 60,000 ppm and a working pH range of 2.5 to 13.

1,Superior performance: high efficiency & energy saving, outstanding anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion capacity, low vibration & low noise, stable running, long service life and convenient overhaul.
2,Horizontal DT pump adopts single-casing pump head; all wetted parts (impeller, volute, back liner, side liner) are cast from wear & corrosion resistant alloy; impeller is thread-connected with pump shaft.
3,Bearing bracket adopts oil-bath thin oil lubrication, composed of bracket body, bracket cover, pump shaft, bearing housing, bearings, gland, spacer sleeve, oil seal and water slinger for reliable bearing protection.
Main Application
Mainly used for conveying limestone slurry and gypsum slurry in flue gas desulfurization systems of thermal power plants, aluminum smelters and petroleum refineries.
