Centrifugal Pump, IS ISR Clean Water Pumps

IS ISR are single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps for clean water and liquids with similar physicochemical properties. IS serves medium up to 80°C; ISR with high-temperature construction works up to 150°C for hot water service. The pump consists of casing working chamber, rotor (impeller, shaft, rolling bearings) and bracket bearing assembly. Axial thrust is balanced via impeller wear rings and balance holes; shaft is protected by shaft sleeve with O-ring, and shaft sealing adopts packing structure. The pump connects to motor via extended flexible coupling and rotates clockwise from drive end.

1.ISR adopts centerline-supported casing to relieve thermal stress under high temperature; cooling chambers are arranged on bracket, cover and seal housing for water/air cooling.

2.Bearings adopt thin-oil lubrication with rated service life of around 25,000 hours for higher load capacity.

3.Shaft seal is available in packing seal or mechanical seal options.

1.IS: industrial & municipal water supply/drainage, agricultural irrigation and drainage.

2.ISR: boiler feedwater, hot water circulating & HVAC systems. Widely applied in power, metallurgy, textile, chemical, printing & dyeing, ceramic, rubber and heating industries.
