Structural Features
1.Bearing Assembly
Large-diameter short-overhang shaft reduces deflection to prolong bearing service life; the cartridge bearing housing is fixed with only four through bolts.
2.Volute Liners
Replaceable metal/rubber liners are bolt-mounted (non-adhesive) for convenient maintenance; metallic and molded rubber liners are fully interchangeable, with elastic sealing rings sealed at all liner joints.
3.Pump Casing
Split cast/ductile iron casing with outer stiffening ribs bears high working pressure and improves operational safety.
4.Impeller
Front & rear shroud pump-out vanes cut backflow and seal fouling; metal and rubber impellers are interchangeable. Integral cast impeller threads eliminate additional inserts or lock nuts; high-efficiency and high-head impeller options are available.
5.Throatbush
Tapered matching surfaces ensure precise assembly positioning, lowering abrasion and simplifying disassembly.
6.Frame & Clearance Adjustment
Integrated heavy-duty frame supports cartridge bearing units; external adjusting device under bearing housing enables quick impeller clearance regulation.
7.Shaft Seal Options
Three optional shaft seals: packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
Main Application
HTAH, HTM, HTHH slurry pumps convey abrasive and corrosive slurries for metallurgy, mining, coal, power and building material industries. Suitable for various mill conditions including turbid water, crusher flushing, large-particle slurry, gravel transportation and filter press feeding.
